Has anyone driven west from Washington DC using I-68 out of Hagerstown to I-76 then to I-70 thru Columbus Oh lately? I seem to remember it is a rough ride when I drove it 2 years ago. Wondering if it is better now. Heading back to Minnesota and would just as soon not take the northern route with the tolls, but don't like rough roads either.
