In our 2010 Tour BD we have  corner couch/sleeper.  We want to replace it residential furniture.  We want a sleep sofa and 2 euro chairs.

Has anyone done this type of change, and how do you get the new in?

Many have done this type of change. When we replaced the L sofa in our rig, we put in theater seating. The backs lifted off for easy transport and entry into the rig.  Getting the old one out was the real problem. I had to partially deconstruct the corner piece to get it out the door.

What the manufactures do when a piece is too big for a door opening is to remove one of the larger windows and take it out that way.  Tiffin will remove a drivers side window or the front window when replacing a large couch or a residential refer.  Then either a fork lift, or a bunch of strong guys to slide it through.  Where there is a will, there is a way.

We replaced our dual power couch/recliner (very uncomfortable to sit on) and our euro chair with two matched small La-z-boy recliners. We were able to disassemble the old couch and remove it in pieces. We had the delivery guys place the chairs inside the coach for a small tip. Be aware that if you order new furniture, it could take weeks for delivery. Our two new recliners took 10 (yes ten) weeks to get them.

There are many outfits that specialize in interior remodels, one I can recommend is Bradd and Hall in Elkhart, IN. We ordered two Flexsteel pilot/copilot seats to replace the uncomfortable Winnebago made seats. They have a large showroom where you can try out the many different models of captain's seats and other furniture.
