High exhaust fans

Rene, I think you are correct.  But with the appropriate length screw they should stack to the needed extension.

Long screws could prove to be hard to find. I can make them if needed.

I?ll know more the first of the week when mine arrive.

The Aero-Flo's that I linked to have never let in a drop of rain that I'm aware of on the two coaches I installed them on. I don't know about other brands/models...

Thanks again to all who answered.  I went with a modified  Heli_av8tor design.  Using about 10 inches of 8-32 All Thread, I put 2 nuts with a lock washer between them on one end, then the original handle, and 4 each 2" extensions.  Lift into place and attach to the fan with a nut driver.  Works Great!
