Title: Making music in Ohio
Post by: Tom on July 03, 2017, 03:14:54 PM
We're in OH visiting kids and grandkids (2 families). I've been practicing/playing patriotic songs on several instruments (guitars, baritone uke, and taropatch/8-string uke). I enjoy playing/singing all patriotic songs, but especially like my own arrangements.

We'll all be "camping" to celebrate family birthdays next week, and I need to get out some family/kids tunes and a few campfire songs. Brought along the banjo uke for the latter.

Sounds like you and Chris are going to have a great week.  Enjoy the kidlets.

This coming week we'll be at the Thousand Trails park in Wilmington, OH celebrating a couple of family birthdays. We left our coach in WY, so Chris and I will be roughing it in a cabin. The kids and grandkids will be in a motorhome and a tent trailer. Plan to have some singalongs around the campfire. If you're in or near the park, drop by and join us (follow the music).
