Title: Broken Window Aliner Alite 400
Post by: cosmocowgirl on July 31, 2017, 01:03:47 PM
The plexiglass cathedral window on my Aliner Alite 400 has a 2" X 2" piece broken out of it right along the edge. Estimate to repair is about $600 ($250 labor/$280 part).
Any suggestions for addressing this issue without replacing the whole window? Or without using expensive factory part? Or a good salvage place where I might find the window cheaper used? And if I do choose to replace the window with a new one what's a good source for tracking one down?
New to camper world and trying to find my way.
Thanks!

Hi and Welcome!!!

Not sure what a 'cathedral' window is but... If it is the big skylight one , you can search for RV skylights in the proper dimensions and find something suitable. They aren't cheap though. If you are prepared to do the work yourself, you could save a bundle!!
