Title: It's that time of year for snowbirds to winterize their homes.

Now that snowbirds are starting to head to a warmer climate for the winter, the question will come up as to how to winterize the traps and toilets in their homes so that they don't come back in the spring to a stinky house from sewer gas. Here's what I do:

I'll be winterizing our house this weekend...by taking out the window A/C units.  ::)

I just turned off my sprinklers last week.  ;D
