I just called Freightliner Customer Service (800 385-4357) and danced through a very brief recording to get to RV customers. A very courteous tech came on the line and asked for the last 6 of the chassis VIN and proceeded to give me the Engine Serial number. All in less than a minute. As I've only had this Class A a short while, this is my first call to Freightliner CS. If they are always this helpful, other outfits need to take lessons from Frieghtliner!
