Hello, new to this forum!  We have a Breckenridge Park Model....perm set up on lot in campground.  We have a nagging leak somewhere???at our kitchen slide out.  Leaking from roof or slide, we can't seem to figure this out.  We  have been trying to fix this leak for a year now.  Everytime we think we found it, it leaks again in a few months.  Also, we are thinking of a remodel..now that we have some water damage to the slide.  Wondering if anyone has any ideas where this leak is coming from, we are about at wit's end with this.  If anyone has had a similar problem, we would greatly appreciate your ideas.  The wall, floor, dinette is now ruined and needs to come out!  Hence, the remodel.  We are happy with the layout of this park model, storage, etc. So we are not really wanting to trade this in.  Thanks in advance for any help.

Leaks can be tough, since the water can run some distance before appearing inside.  But if the water is actually coming down the slideout wall, it seems the possibilities are: (1) a slideout seam, (2) slide top cover, (3) window frame, (4) between slide and wall (water trickles along the edge of the slide and seeps in between it and wall). Without some more detail (and maybe a photo) of where the damage appears to start inside, and what you have already done, it is hard to offer anything specific.

You say the leak comes back in a few months. Does that mean your repair actually works for awhile and then leaks again?  Maybe you aren't using an adequate product to seal it with. What have you used so far?

RV Roamer...thanks for the info!  The leak is coming in at the left corner of the slide, at the ceiling.  That is the leak that we can't find.  We had a camper repairman out here last summer to fix it and he used a silicone sealer. He sealed the entire "slide" and it seemed to work....no leaks after that, until now.  We thought the leak was fixed, we just returned for the summer and when we opened up, we found the entire corner ceiling wet.  We do know the window is leaking and that is most likely the cause of the wall/floor damage..we just found that out last evening by starting to rip things out.
Do you know where you can get breckenridge replacement windows?  Also, do you think this is a job for a regular carpenter or do you think we need to contact a specialty service for this repair?  My husband has basic carpenter skills.
Thanks again for your help!
I  will try to get some photos up today.
