Congrats, John. I've been happy with my 2010 GMC's performance - our TT comes in around 8,500 lbs - just a little lighter than yours. And, since 2010 GM has made improvements in the HP, Torque, and tow ratings so I'm sure your truck and trailer will match well.

I'll post a photo once I get the two units hooked together. And Joezeppy, I did some research on the truck and believe it will do fine. It seems that the rise in gas prices has forced all the manufacturers to do some serious work in terms of performance and fuel efficiency. If I didn't want to start hauling this RV places this summer I'd be tempted to wait until next year and see what other rabbits they pull out of their hats.
