Adding a roof air as an adjuct to basement air

Adding a roof air unit has been an extremely popular modification for those of us with basement air, dark body paint, and multiple slide outs - the 24,000 BTU basement air just isn't enough BTUs to overcome heat gain in hot weather.  Every report I have ever heard about those who have done this mod themselves (including me), or had it performed by a shop has been extremely positive.
