Towing enclosed dual motorcycle trailer
« on: June 27, 2012, 11:46:28 AM »
I'm not there yet but hope is to invest in a enclosed dual motorcycle trailer(loaded with 2 640 lb Harlies) and pull it behind my 07 Itasca Cambria. Model is 29h (30 footer) with V10. Without any of the trailer specifics available to me right now I'm just wondering if anyone has opinion on my RV's capability to pull this.

I've towed my Heritage in a Pace 5x8 for 20K+ miles with no problem.  The bike/trailer/stuff weights 1800 pounds and I don't even know it's back there.  Since I've got the same engine as you, and I assume about the same MH weight (18,000 dry) I can't see an additional thousand pounds or so making much difference.
