Beef, sauerkraut & gravyby Smoky Sheperd
- 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 boneless beef pot roast, about 3 pounds
- 1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes, undrained
- 1 pound sauerkraut, can or bag rinsed, drained and squeezed as dry as possible
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 envelope gravy mix
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 9 to 11 hours.
