- 1 and 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup walnuts(chopped very fine)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter(melted)
- 1 quart blueberries, or any fresh fruit you can cook
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
For the crust, crush crackers in plastic ziplock bag, then measure. Chop walnuts and measure. Combine crumbs, nuts and spices and mix well with butter. Press into bottom and along sides of an 9-inch pie plate.
For the filling, blend fresh fruit with sour cream and sugar. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.; It might not look done when removed from the oven, but it thickens while cooling. Cool in frig for at least 2 hours.
