Cheezy Potatoby Marsha Lassen
- 1-16oz bag of frozen hash brown potatoes (any kind)
- 1 can of cream of chicken (or mushroom or celery...whatever you like) soup
- 1 cup of milk
- 16 oz of sour cream
- 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
Mix together and put into a 9X13 baking pan. For microwave/convection ovens you can put this in an 8X8 or 9X9 but it may take a little longer to bake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. 325 degrees convection.
