    AC fan won't run

    I have Dometic Duo Therm 3107541.009 . The fan won't run. The compressor hums and rattles. The fan motor is free of mud daubers, and spins easily. I have spun it with the AC turned on and it won't run.  It has two capacitors, I replaced the smaller two pole start cap for the practice I guess...
