Good for you! We moved up from a class C (gas) to our 36M, Meridian DP a year ago February. I was and am still a bit confused/perplexed by all the maintenance a diesel "NEEDS"? Good luck with your new to you coach(if it happens). I'm sure you will love the bigger living area. :)

I like the thought of at least a tire. As said, you may find yourself in the middle of nowhere and a shop can't get you a tire right away.

It doesn't have the house vacuum system. But, I could sure feed the Kirby hose up the heat vents.

Thanks everyone! I'll have to carefully dig in to it. I'd hate to have it get too hot from reduced air flow and/or dog hair causing friction in the motor!

I would go ahead and test fit it to be sure it fits correctly. And, it may screw right into place using the previous hardware. 

Very good advise! I'm not not too happy with the "Surge Guard" units that came in our new to us 2014 Itasca 36M. The surge protector passed the "Bad power" on to the transfer switch and damaged it. No display to show  codes, so still don't know what was wrong with the power from the pedestal...
