Let me know if you have any questions about adding air bags to your Suburban. They will help solve your bouncing issue, but like others have said you will want to check the condition of your rear shocks as well.
I would suggest removing the tee from the system and plumb the bags individually, this will help to eliminate the body sway you are getting going around corners. The problem with teeing the system together is that you can get air transfer from one bag to another while going around corners...
Upgraded shocks will definitely help. You should not need a sway bar if you are running bags, have you tried to increase the bag psi a little? Also are your bags tee'd together or are you running separate air fill lines?

I would recommend putting the air bags up to the max psi then spray everything down with a soapy water solution. Where you have bubbles you will have a leak. If it is the bag itself, it will be replaced under the lifetime warranty.
