    Convince the wife? How?

My wife and I had our first motorhome experience during the first week of October when we rented a 25' Thor Citation.  We did not know what to expect and had an absolute blast.  (Only a couple of Robin Williams (RV movie) experiences,  one of which left me and our 15 year old dog 6 inches from...

    Advice on rentals?

I am in a similar situation and left this past Saturday in a rental for a week.  It's a Class C on the Mercedes Sprinter platform which is the closest I could find to the Class B that I'm really interested in.  It's expensive, but I figure worth it for the introductory experience.  But, I'll...

New to RVing- keeping inside tempo cool for dogs

FLS = Forum Laziness Syndrome.  I'm posting my own reply because I committed the cardinal sin in forums which is to mindlessly put up a new post before researching the question in the forum.  I just scrolled down this forum and found many posts that answered my questions.

    Vintage British motorcycle restoration

I'm envious!  Do you have any pics of the bikes you have restored?  I think that the Norton Commando is one the the most beautiful machines ever built.  Never owned one or any Brit bike but the closedst I came was an early '60s Kawasaki W2 which ii swear was a bolt for bolt knockoff of a BSA...

New to RVing- keeping inside tempo cool for dogs

We are brand spanking new to RVing and renting our first motor home during the 2nd week in October.  In case it matters, it's a 2018 Thor Citation 24ST, about 25' long.  And we have two dogs- both are 45# shelter mutts. We are wondering about the best way to keep them cool during the short...

    Dumping/refilling/reccharging

Yes.  Included.  Citation Mercedes diesel 24ST.  Not exactly the Class B I was looking for but appears very nice. For purchase I'm interested in the more extended type van units.  But as I said originally, this will be my maiden voyage and who knows where it will lead!

    Dumping/refilling/reccharging

Hi everyone!  I'm an absolute novice renting our first RV (in anticipation of buying) during the first week of Oct.  Heading down to Taos.  My preference is to stay as much off the grid as possible but I know that I'll have to empty the gray and black water tanks, fill up with water and...
