    I'm I over my head

We killed our van towing a popup, and the real issue is your braking, you will go through brakes faster then you can stop.

Thanks, after posting that, I began reading some other articles, and it appears that I am going to be limited to what I can haul with it. One site here: http://bamarv.blogspot.com/2011/04/how-to-calculate-your-real-towing.html Explains how to find towing capacity, 7700 for the truck - 10% =...

    Material identification

I would call the manufacturer and ask them to help you, or search for that owner's manual and see if it list it.  I have called my manufacturer several times, I think they might know my number and not answer now!

    What size stabilizing jacks?

Hi St2900 - If I was going to get them, get more then you need, as long as they can be installed properly and within your budget.  You will always find that you needed that 1 extra inch at some point. As far as where you need them...interesting question...where is the center of gravity...

Also check to see if you have a GFCI plug in the mix, perhaps it is tripped, after checking you have power going to the camper.

Need help with leaking ac on popup. Newbie.

I would put it around the opening, then replace the unit, then add a second bead of sealant around the flange with a caulk gun.

    NEW AND NEED HELP!

Hi Matt - Welcome to the forum from a newbie also. Have you checked your circuit breakers to see if it is being tripped?  It sounds as possibly there is a grounding issue with a wire somewhere, perhaps one is over heating, losing contact in the breaker box, once it loses contact and cools...

If I remove the entire unit and blow it out, would that help with both issues? Thanks.
