Grease seal failures on Lippert Chassis

I hear ya SargeW.. With the nimbers of Lippert chassis out there this issue could be small, but from what I've gleaned .. a few, if not many, Towable RV manufacturers have gone to other than Lippert for suspension and brake components.. in their design specs. So far I have replaced all four...

Grease seal failures on Lippert Chassis

The above happened to me. Thanks to the Lippert wheel bearing seal saga. I had just inspected my 5w brakes and bearings this past June. All were fine. Power cords

:)) :)) We have 2 each of the 25-foot cords, plus the 16 footers mentioned earlier..and extra water hoses. Sewer hoses too. This topic ends up being, IMO: It's better to have It, and Not need It (often)... Than to Need It, and NOT have It ? The extras are coiled and stored using the Velcro...

    Grey water tank

Another .03.. I typically leave the grey tank valve(s) open during a stay, until the last night.. then close them and add a Good Healthy dose of Dawn Dish soap, and let that last nights grey water Slosh in the tanks, on the way home, or to the next stop. (I give the Black water tank the same...

    Power cords

I bought 16 foot.. 30 & 50A cords (Amazon). Very handy in all respects when hook-ups are within reach.  Also handy when the 25/30 footers won't quite make it.. in older Parks & CG's ? Joe
