    Pop Up Width??

    Not true. the awnings on all the popups that I have seen can be slid out, but most trailers are 85" wide, unless they are the extra-wide HTTs/TTs, which can be up to 96" You should be good with 90", but you'll have to put it in your garage VERY carefully!  ;D

    Leaf Spring Specification for 2002 Coachman Sport 107 Pop-Up

    NADA says it weighs just over 1,600 lbs. Any spring shop will be able to match it. There are several on eBay that ship complete axle assemblies. Hope this helps.
