    electric trailer brakes

    I have a 2003 aljo travel trailer with electric brakes. as I am slowing down to come to a complete stop the trailer brakes go off and on. the tekonsha p3 controller in my 2001 Yukon goes down to zero then back up as it reapplies the trailer brakes. had the trailer brakes looked at and was told...
