    Vet Boon-docking near Military Base?

    I was a full-time RV-er from 2004 to 2015. I often heard about a boon-docking location that was (I think) near a military base (Air Force?) in a Western State (CA, AZ?) that was popular with veterans because of the ready access to health care. Any one familiar with this? All clues/hints...
