    Old eyes, small screen...Take switch to Chevy Dealer parts department. Give information on year of vehicle and ask if they can find replacement. You may be able to find GM part number on actual switch body. May be true...fingers crossed.

    Ford or Chevy Chassis? What year is your coach? Which ever it is, take switch to appropriate parts department and ask for replacement switch for that year truck. May still cost a few dollars but without fleetwood markup.

    Note that your 30 amp plug is only rated at about 25 amp continuous. Running at max rate or above will cause it to melt. Also if connection is old and worn or loose it will increase power loss across connector and cause melting.A bad/shorted plug will not cause increase in power utilization...
