Time to hit the hills. Been a long off season.

When the fan clutch is engaged, it is more of a roar, nothing at all like a whine. Nothing intermittent about it. Every cold start or hot run with a heavy load will engage it. I doubt the clutch is the issue here.

A couple more features typically found on toyhaulers are 100+ gallon fresh water tanks and either an on board generator, or at least pre-wired for a generator.

Avoid the 6.0 and 6.4. My personal choice is the 6.6 Duramax w/Allison transmission. A combo that can't be beat.

Don't see any reason to have two kitchens in one trailer. Waste of valuable storage space inside. Outdoor cooking is done on the grill in our camp.

Come on guys. Everyone knows you "have" to have a slider if you don't have an 8' box. Did I mention that I have a slider I'm trying to sell? Never used the slider (6 1/2' box), and have replaced it with a Pull-Rite Superlite hitch. No slider required for most of todays trucks and 5th wheels.
