    2003 winne adventurer engine a/c

that is a good point, I know that when you go to max a/c, sometimes there is a higher speed the fan turns, maybe it is a fuse like you said, or there is usually a resistor pack that control the fan speed.  thanks

    2003 winne adventurer engine a/c

I have a 2003 Winne 35U.  It is the workhorse chassis with the GM 8.1l engine.  We bought it about 18 months ago, and we have it set up how we like it now, with one minor problem.  The engine a/c does not work when you go to max a/c.  Although I am not an a/c guy, I am very mechanical and would...

    Auto jacks won't retract

If none work, I would agree, probably power.  I would be more apt to look at the ground.  They probably use a common ground lug very close to where the pumps are.  There is probably a ground lug on the frame with multiple wires going to it.  Take all the wires off the lug, clean them up, and...

Installed a new TV in my adventurer, just 1 problem

Quite a few good ideas.  Let me summarize my options thus far: 1) buy a new radio, and take the headphone output and put it in the aux input of the radio.  Then I could just leave the switch on radio, and all 4 speakers will run.  With this option, the internal speakers will not work.  (they...

Installed a new TV in my adventurer, just 1 problem

I like the idea of buying a new radio with an Mp3 input.  That is a good idea, and probably the cheapest way to go.  The OEM radio is, to put it nicely, crap.  A new TV, AND radio, not a bad deal at all.

Installed a new TV in my adventurer, just 1 problem

Yes the TV volume does appear to adjust the coach speakers, just not real well.  And yes, when you connect the headphone jack, it does cut off the internal TV speakers.  I don't want to spend a ton of money to make this all work, I can buy a cheap surround sound system, and just wire a complete...

Installed a new TV in my adventurer, just 1 problem

I took the front Tv out of my 2003 Adventurer, and installed an LCD.  The one thing I need to get working is the sound out of the RV speakers.  The original TV had a 3.5 mm stereo output that goes to a small amplifier.  I looked thru the Winn. wiring diagrams, but the drawings are not that...

    Installing a new tv

I know that I have seen it here before, but I am having a hard time searching for it.  I am replacing the tube TV in our RV with a windscreen LCD.  I have seen posts from other members with a great pics and writeup, but I can't find them.  Where are they hidden in here?  Thanks  Phil

    RV'ing in the winter

Yes, we store ours in the caves.  They are very clean, (there are exhaust fans that keep it nearly dust free), and of course climate controlled.  That is especially nice when I want to do some winter projects, just not put up with winter weather.

    RV'ing in the winter

I live in KC Missouri, and was thinking of heading over to St. Louis for a few day's.

    RV'ing in the winter

This is my first year owning an RV, and I was a little curious about possibly taking it out in the winter months.  We have an '03 Winn. Adventurer.  We store it indoors, and had initially planned to not take it out in the winter months, so it is not winterized.  Also since it was going to be...

emer brake on 2003 winn. adventurer

Does any one know off hand how to adj. (tighten) the emergency brake on a 2003 winn. adv.?  I looked underneath where the brake shoes go against the drive shaft back to the rear end, and nothing jumped out at me as to where it could be adjusted.  I have not looked at the brake pedal itself, and...
