Sealed battery. Plus venting fans for the electronics. No issues with gasses building up. Even people who build with flooded batteries haven't had any issues in a sealed cooler. Thousands of builds over on the cooler radio forum(s).

Mine will never have power above or below 12v. I just tested it, and it works great. Barely any dip on my DMM when I turned the TV on as well, which was pretty cool. TV will be ran through a switch so it won't ever be connected when charging, or discharged below 12v.
