    Road Condition of US83 or US81 South From I90 in SD to I40 in TX

    My wife travelled that very route from Pharr, Texas to the Canadain border, in late March, 2008. We had no troble finding campgrounds, with at least electricity open.     RV'ing to Panama

    My wife & I are planning a trip to the Panama Canal & back. Has on this forum anyone done this? What should we expect as far roads, diesel fuel, propane, campsites, dumping stations Etc. along the route? We have a 05 duramax & Artic Fox slide in camper.
