Pex joints are generally easy to repair with shark bite fittings. Lots of you tube videos for instruction.

12V circuit breaker is usually very close to the battery on the positive wire.

    Strange electrical issue, 12v side

Almost certainly a battery connection issue. The frame ground would be suspect in my book. Inspect, clean and tighten all connections. Don't forget the converter connections from the battery.

    Power converter question

Another recommendation for the PD 4600. You get better guts and a new 12 volt fuse panel. Slides right in. This is what I did, works great.

    Connecting Batteries into Solar System

Are you saying all the equipment and wiring is in place and you are just going to connect to new batteries? The order of hookup and testing doesn't matter as long as you connect the solar panel wiring to the controller LAST when dealing with the solar hookup. You must have 12V power to the...

    Eliminating converter

Are you saying that whoever installed the inverter disconnected the battery from the converter? Typically the inverter is connected directly to the battery without removing other connections... Have you tried: Unplug shore power, turn off inverter, does the 12V stuff work?? Unplug the converter...

    Eliminating converter

Yes, disconnect the converter. Depending on your wiring, unplug it, throw the breaker if it is on it's own. I had to pull the wire from the breaker, as it was shared with lights.

Note To Self...Sometimes It Doesn't Pay To Get Out Of Bed

Haha happened to me this year too. Except wife was sitting on the deck and hollered "What's this pink stuff pouring out from underneath the trailer"? Good thing I bought the big jug this year, had enough to finish the job...
