    Erasing data from 3.5" & 5 1/4" discs

Yeah, I nuked the hard drives on the email servers with DBAN, but now I'm cleaning up the archives.  ;D  ::) :P

    Erasing data from 3.5" & 5 1/4" discs

Does anyone know if a "High Powered Video & Audio Tape Eraser" would be capable of erasing a bunch of old floppy discs?

    Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow upgrade problems

I'm going to say Topic Solved for this thread.  I verified thru Application Manager that most, if not all, of my "missing" apps are still installed on my phone and they are still in external storage (on the SD card). I eventually located the icons all jumbled together on the last two Apps pages...

    Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow upgrade problems

As far as I know, it came from Verizon. I had a notification on my phone this morning that a system update was ready to be installed, and the message looked like all previous notifications of system updates. The installation process looked like all previous updates, and in the About Phone area...

    Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow upgrade problems

This morning Verizon upgraded my Galaxy S5 OS to Marshmallow 6.0.1. After the install completed, I discovered that all of my apps that I had moved to the SD card external storage had been uninstalled. When the phone first restarted after the update finished installing, the apps' icons had been...

My Brave has started to flip its lid

It will be interesting to see what kind of repair the insurance company will pay for.  Is a new roof skin something most Winnebago/Itasca shops could do, or would it require a more specialized shop, or even the Winnebago factory service? Thanks for the info about the roof cove seals.  If my rig...

My Brave has started to flip its lid

Considering that I'm not a regular customer of the shop (a friend is a regular customer and recommended them to me), and they took me in immediately and covered the hole to keep the rain out and mitigate the damage, I've no complaints at all. The adjuster is coming out tomorrow.

My Brave has started to flip its lid

Last week we were camped on Assateague Island. A storm came up overnight and it was quite windy. When we got home I discovered that the wind had gotten under the fiberglas roof skin and ripped a piece of it off.  It was raining and a whole day passed before I found the damage, so some water got...

    Kwikee electric step question

John, can you tell me what the relay to the right of the Trombetta solenoid in the attached photo is?  Does it have anything to do with the step?  Sailorkane, thanks for the info.  That was going to be my next question to John.  So far, so good, the step is working as it should.

    Kwikee electric step question

Prior to Monday, when I replaced the solenoid, the last time I retracted the steps was two weeks before, which was when I went looking for the Trombetta solenoid. The steps worked normally, extending when they should, and retracting when they should.  Most times when we're home and the coach is...

    Kwikee electric step question

Yesterday I replaced the Trombetta solenoid in my 2004 Winnebago Brave, because the coach batteries weren't being charged when the engine was running. In preparing to replace the solenoid, I tried to retract the Kwikee steps so I could stand closer to coach while I worked, but the steps wouldn't...

    Batteries not charging

The cigarette lighter power point is also reading low until I start the generator. After I started using the plug in volt meter several years ago, I noticed that the voltage reading would read in the 12.6 to 12.8 range when I first started the engine, but after driving for a few miles the...
