    RV Purchase Advice, Please?

Thanks, you guys.  :) I (we) really appreciate the benefit of your knowledge here.   On top of what you've written my daughter has realized, on looking at pictures of other similar size RV's, that this one is a little bigger than she wants to deal with in a first RV. She is a body piercer and...

    RV Purchase Advice, Please?

Hello Everyone, I haven't been here for a while, and I'm here now asking for a favor of anyone who has the time and wouldn't mind a giving a little advice. We are thinking of driving out this Sunday, 04.21.19 (a two-hour drive), to look at an RV my daughter is interested in buying.  The issue...

    Books

Or Christopher Moore's, "A Dirty Job."  The narrator does a wonderful job with the audio version, as well.

I think those will be useful benefits for first-time owners, as we will be.

Having money doesn't give you class.......

We haven't begun our RV life yet, but what I've gleaned so far through forums, research, etc., about RV people is that they are, on the whole, responsible, earth-friendly people.

Having money doesn't give you class.......

Yes, they do.  I know we've all gotten the memo on this by now so people not cleaning up after their dogs cannot claim ignorance and are doing it, apparently, out of a complete lack of consideration for others. How can a person let their dog do its biz and simply walk away, expecting the rest...

Egg Shells - the easy way!! A pickle jar

You know, I've tried this method (the shaking in the jar, not the evil eye ;)  ), and didn't have the success with it I'd hoped, but I have seen it done with great success on youtube videos.  What works for me is a little baking soda in the boiling water and an ice bath after boiling.

As we get deeper into our research, my husband is becoming more and more of a Winnebago fan.

RV Living for Beginners, by Bob Cliff

I've just finished the audio version of this book, the first in a series of four, and found it interesting enough.  There were some good tips I hadn't considered (I'm very new, though so that's easy) and it was a pleasant listen. It was a bit obvious and repetitive in places, but overall...

    Halloween

I love the idea of a contest for best decorations on the RV's.  :)  Fun.

    Halloween

This is so great.  I'm excited at the prospect of decorating the RV and handing out treats.  I've missed that so much.  :)  What is a KOA?  I will finally have an excuse to dress up as a harlequin.  :)
