I've heard in some places and on here as well that regular sofas, etc are heavier then the furniture manufactured for RVs.  Which when I'm driving around over 3 tons on the road, every pound counts.....lol. 

I also went looking for RV furniture to replace some of mine that is alittle outdated, but I found that google was a pretty helpful tool and search "RV salvage yards".....there you may find some that have been junked due to accidents, etc.  Chris

Paula,   I also layed an allure floor into my RV and it was pretty easy laying till i hit the cutting spots where I found out that some of the angles in the RV are not quite straight.  A dremel worked quite nicely, I highly recommend it as some of the corners are rounded and its nice to keep...

Hello Fellow RV folk!!   I just bought a 1984 Pace Arrow 454.  Of course it did not come with a manual....I have pretty much everything else working but the oven(the actual oven part, the burners on top are good to go) and the water heater.....Can anyone give me some tips?? I'm taking her out...
