Ok fixed it: Cleaned the unit added the SUPCO SPP6 Relay/Capacitor Hard Start Kit. Works great and even starts in ECO mode on the generator. Ready to boondock!

Update: I Ran Generator and it wont turn the fan on (Predator3500 Gen). But it runs on a 110 extension cord. In the past I have been able to turn on the AC with this generator so I am puzzled. I had the gen in ECO mode, I shut it down and took it out of ECO mode, unplugged everything, restarted...

The fact that your tester is from Radio Shack makes miss that place.

I feel your pain. My Class A was totaled after I left water on to fill the tank and the tank overfilled expanded and bent my frame. I hope it gets resolved.

After reading posts I am going to step up and Buy a progressiveMS-PT30X RV Surge Protector. Low voltage seems to be a bigger issue with rvs.
