I just purchased a used Zip Dee screen room, anyone know how to attach to carefree awning?  Cant really find an answer on their website.

It appears to be leaking from the outside access door, there is an area about 2 ft square that is rotten.  Looking at it I can see plenty of daylight coming from the door.  The seals look really good.  I decided to pull the dinette out and make a U shape dinette in is when I found it.

I found a rotten wood in the corner of the slide.  I have done some research and found no way to replace floor without removing slide.  Any suggestions?

The gvwr on a camper I am looking at is 6500, is that dry weight or the max load?

Well, I found a broken wire inside the switch at the heater, so the electric part is heating.  The gas on the other hand is not working.  I will play that later on in the week.

It is a 1998 Atwood heater, I am new to all this so I am kind of lost.

The 120 at the switch on the heater is where the power is not getting to.  I know it runs thru a breaker, and I guess from there it runs straight to the water heater. 

I have power on both sides of the switch under the cabinet, but none at the heater.  Any suggestions?

The water heater pilot I can light manually, but when I turn it to the on position  the pilot kicks off.  Where do I start to find the problem?

We finally got a chance to hit the road last weekend with our 24 Terry.  The kids and wife loved it until we ran out of camper space. We REALLY need to upgrade to something with bunks and bigger.  All went well on the trip and we are going to take a few more trips before we upgrade to make sure...

Is there anyway to loosen the tension on the awning roller?

I am getting the bill of sale from the original owner from Texas, but from what the DMV is telling me since the last tag was bought in 2005, I will have to pay $350.00 to get the tag.  What a hard way to learn a lesson!

Well, I contacted the guy that originally owned the camper today, and he is sending me a bill of sale.  Both the title and bill of sale will match names, and I am good to go!  Back to the guy I bought it from still will not return phone calls, or note I left on his door today.  Lesson learned...
