I know this is an old thread but....nope, 3dB is twice the power, not twice the volume. 10dB is twice the volume to the human ear. 2db is barely noticeable.

Ummm, definitely do NOT use scented bleach. Use unscented bleach, chlorine has a strong enough smell to recognize it. Why would you want perfume in your water system?

There's a monthly charge to use the Hot Spot feature so I don't use it. Instead go to junefabrics.com and purchase PdaNet then connect up via USB cable. If you can't use USB then you're stuck with the Hot Spot....unless you "root" your phone but we won't go there ;)
