Chassis blower fan only works on the highest setting.

If I remember correctly when I had my blower issues there was a fuse that needed replaced and it was a separate in line 30 amp that was behind the dash. Hope you can find it.

Who's keeping an older MH on the road??

We got a old 1983. It's not the fanciest out there but its still solid. Have had to do very little to keep it on the road. It's how you take care of it that counts.

    Rear heater under the bed

On my 1983, mine got hot as soon as you seen the temp gage go up in the engine. My guess is you might have valves in line to turn the water off. I have disconnected my as we don't use ours and saved a bit of antifreeze when I flushed the system out and replaced with new. Hope this helps.

    Eternabond on "vintage" 85 Itasca.

I can't help you with the roof construction, but I have an 1983 Itasca Sunfly er and have been all over the roof with no problems. I weigh 200 lbs and have been on the outside edge to the center putting caulk down on my seams. My is the same a aluminum roof. I would think that the 4" Eternabond...

    Do I need tranny cooler?

I have a 96 Dodge Ram 1500 truck (the light duty one) and it does have a small external cooler as well as the regular one (in the radiator) I have pulled a fair amount of trailers and never had the trany temp light come on. I live in Iowa and it does get 90-100 degrees up here. I do not know...

    Rattling decorative chrome wheel covers

I had some wheel covers just like them. If I remember correctly there are screws that go through the front of the cover, that clamps a small clamp on the back side of the cover that holds it to the steel rims. I see in your pictures that you are missing at least one screw in a couple of your...

    Wet Floor

I had a wet floor in my bathroom as well. It ended up being a leaky valve when the toilet was flushed. The floor was dry and sty dry until the toilet was used a couple of time then it was just damp. I ended up finding it on a weekend when the kids were in and out using it quite a bit. It was an...

    air bag pressure

I run my front Air Lift bags at 60 psi unless the road is very bumpy. Then I have been as low as 35 psi. This is on a 30' P30.

    Screenrooms, which brand to buy?

We really enjoy our room. Really nice to play cards in when the bugs are out. If it gets cool out we also put the flaps down and can put a small heater in there and you have a nice extra space to hang out in.  :)

    Screenrooms, which brand to buy?

I can't say what is best, but I have a Patty O'room and enjoy it. It is easy to put up and take down. It came with my MH so I don't know the cost or what the install cost was. This is just one of many you can look at.

Does anyone get loud at RV parks?

I think it's been said, Respect your neighbors. You are thereto enjoy the outdoors and yourself. During the day if we are outside we might have a radio on outside, but we always check to make sure you can't hear it away from the MH. As well as the (kids being kids) play, yell, and have a good...
