We have experienced the same issue. Believe it or not after a lot of telephone time it was learned that the cable was bad!!! Never would have thought that, but it was. Try a new cable, loosely, before fishing it through the coach just to be sure.

The Outback is a decent mid-line trailer. Very good value for your dollar. You might have a few glitches at first, some new trailers do. We have used our full time for 9 years now and are very happy with it.

It will NEVER return to the level of service of the 60's because they broke up Bell.  My uncle (District Manager for Bell at the time)  told me it would ruin telephone service , and it did.

Triple tows are NOT allowed in Florida.  Can't speak about other states on your route. FHP will stop you, ticket you, and refuse to let you proceed until you unhook one unit. I have seen it happen.

30 years in Florida, in professional pest control:  I would not advise any of my clients to buy them.  Way to expensive for value received.
