I have a 42 foot fifth wheel, and we are basically the same situation as you, use it on most weekends. I wouldn?t even consider leaving it on all week, I really just don?t see the point, I can turn on both ACs and have that thing cooled down in 20-30  minutes while we?re setting up things outside.
