Have a trip planned for the end of the month to assess the situation if I need to or not. I see all the kits have that covered but I have to do some measuring and figure out what I would need there. I know locking up the front will make a huge difference though.

After install I checked it with a shove ... Camper is rock solid. I have a strong piece of 2x2 square tubing that runs across the front only an inch or so behind the landing gear center line. Perfect mounting... But I know what you mean, my last one had nothing structural between the frame rails.

Interesting how you can get tunnel vision,,, I never considered square tubing but I bet it would have worked easier if I did not have all the extra hardware laying a around and had to make mounting hardware.
