Got an answer from Thor today. The wiring harness was unplugged under the seat. The plug was wrapped in some protective velcro material and the plug was inside unplugged. Easy fix and didn't have to return to the dealer. Thanks.

We just bought this motorhome brand new and on our way out the lot I found out that the Flexsteel power seat doesn't work. I think it might be a fuse but I have no idea where to look. I sent an e-mail to Thor but nothing back from them as of yet. Might also be a plug in connector. Any ideas...

Does any one have any ideas on a K&N air filter replacement for the 2014 Ford F53 chassis on a 2014 Thor Challenger? I tried to find a K&N cross reference for the factory air filter FA-1782 but no luck there.
