    Towing Flat behind motorhome!

Honda CRV is a popular choice.  I tow a 206 and it does great.  I'm looking for a Chev Colorado 4wd or GMC Canyon 4wd becuase I need a vehicle that will handle more weight than my CRV.  However, again, CRV tows like you don't even know it's back there.

    Looking for TOAD opinions

My thoughts are if you're a Honda guy, why not "dance with who brung ya".  We are honda people, also.  Just sold an Accord with 240K, toad is a 2006 CRV and were currently looking for a 14 or 15 Pilot.  CRV is an excellent toad.

Towing Honda CRV Manual or Automatic Transmission

We tow a 2006 CRV, automatic, and it tows very well.  I wouldn't want a manual and that's just me.

Agree.  Done them all with the exception of Alaska and planning/hoping soon.  Headed to Western NC and TN mountains right after labor day, again.

Hot water heater, leave it on or only when in use

I turn mine off because I had a drain plug get old and blew out while I was away.  Good thing a neighbor heard it, said it sounded like a gun, and went inside and turned it off and turned the water source off, also.  PS, I now put in a new plug in every year.....cheap insurance.

4-bike rack options for a TT

On a TT that I had.  I had a mobile welder come out and weld a very long receiver tube onto the underside of my bumper and it was long enough to extend under the TT and he welded it to the frame, under the TT.  It said it was easy and charged me $50.  I then took a 11k mile trip over 3.5 months...

    Acadia/Cadillac

I can't answer your question but wanted to say that we loved that area.  Went to Bar Harbor from our home in NC, planning to stay a few days and ended up there for 2 weeks.  Ton of sites to see and things to do.

Tow vehicle not charging RV batteries

I had a Ford Expedition and the batteries on my travel trailer weren't charging.  There was a fuse and a relay that were associated with that function and the relay was not in the slot from the factory.  Bought the correct $21 relay at NAPA === problem solved.

Question on Thor 26b black tank system

Our Thor 28z has 2 black tank valves, one on the passenger side and the other on the drivers side.  simply hook the drain hose to the outlet on the drivers side, open the black tank valve (the larger pipe of the 2) and then go around to the passenger side and open the valve on that side.  Both...

    Looking to buy Class C

I currently own a 28z and it has served us well.  DW wishes it had more clothing space and the 29fe definitely gives you that.  If we had it to do over we would go with the 29fe for that reason.  We, like previously mentioned don't watch much TV at all so to us irrelevant.  However, to each his...
