    1986 tioga arrow - difference between owner manual and owner information kit

    I'm a newbie to RVing and just purchased a 1986 tioga arrow.  I'm trying to locate on line a owners information kit that the owner's manual keeps referring to and I keep pulling up owner's manual's. Where can I find the mysterious Owner's information kit? Thanks ahead for any and all info related.
