Just found the receiver box and it was disconnected and had fallen in the bottom of cabinet.  Plugged it together and now all works.  Thanks so much for you help.

Actually we are too far from the dealer to bring it back for this trip.  Tomorrow we will go to camping world to see if they have any suggestions.  Thanks a lot for your help. 

Sorry I should have given more details.  Yes it goes into a cabinet and yes it run on AC.  I have a wildcat re313 2012.  There doesn't even seem to have current in the motor.  I have a manual switch and a remote control to lift out the tv, but neither works.  Is there a fuse I can test?  All my...

They were plugged into the truck when I unhooked my hitch.  Then once unhooked I used the battery power to lower them to get the rv leveled.  When I wanted to raise them a bit nothing worked so I checked to see if I blew a fuse.  And sure enough, I blew the fuse so I changed it with the awning...

I am now plugged into the house and we have a switch.  Still can't get it to work.  I replaced the fuse just in case but it doesn't help.

Just picked-up my 2012 Wildcat re and are both excited in starting our new life. This is our first fifth wheel so we are in the learning process. Our RV is parked in our driveway which has a small incline. I unhooked the RV from the hitch, so far all goes well. Pulled truck away, so far so good...
