    Jumping a lithium battery

This one is from a small company: Miller Tech Ultra Deep Cycle 80AH battery. It does have a BSM, and I don't believe it's drained 100%, going from the charge controller reading.

    Jumping a lithium battery

Hey everyone... I have a lithium battery connected to solar panels powering my RV cabin, and it ran completely out of power when the RV was in the shop (it was indoors for weeks, and the overhead fan probably drained the battery all the way). I called tech support for the panels and charge...

Need a brake light lens - 2001 Kodiak VXL 2000

The subject line pretty much says it all. Here and there online I see what looks like the right part, but it's not definitive. The RV has been discontinued. If you were in my shoes, and you had about a week to get this part right, what would you do?

Got an office job in San Francisco - daytime parking?

Investigated the piers along Embarcadero this evening. Nobody working on a Saturday night, but one sign said 75 per day. That's too much. Found three outdoor lots, all of which look to be within walking distance. One is Bryant and Embarcadero. A couple more were off Broadway and Embarcadero...

Got an office job in San Francisco - daytime parking?

I park around Franklin or Gough and Bush/Sutter/Pine, but strictly at night. During the days it's either a day trip out of SF, the beach, or friends' places in the East Bay.

    That does include the AC.

Got an office job in San Francisco - daytime parking?

Thanks for any checking around you can do. Truthfully I don't have exact measurement for the height. Using a tape measure it's right at 10'. And when you mention piers, you're talking about near the Embarcadero? I have until Tuesday, so there is time to check on that. Can you be any more...

Got an office job in San Francisco - daytime parking?

Hey hey, Been boondocking with pleasure around the Bay Area since early June. Have a 2001 Kodiak motorhome, about 22' long. Just got a good paying office job. It's downtown, south of market. Starts Tuesday. I need steady daytime parking for the RV while I'm at work. I am willing to pay for...

    Class B needs bodywork

I have a 2001 Kodiak VXL 2000, and it's been really good. I've been full time since May. Boondocked in San Francisco about the last 8 weeks, and I've bumped it up a couple times in parallel parking situations, including today. I'm happy to post photos in this thread if it's helpful. Today I...

    RV registration and water/dumping

Wow, that would be ideal. If I could do this from California it would be my first choice. What do I have to do?

Looking for dinette for 2001 Kodiak VXL2000, to replace one jackknife sofa-bed

I'm fine with used, I figured used is all that would be available.

Looking for dinette for 2001 Kodiak VXL2000, to replace one jackknife sofa-bed

Can anyone suggest where to find one? Also, can anyone suggest a good flooring person in the Bay area? Like to replace the carpet with linoleum or even vinyl planks.

    RV registration and water/dumping

Hey everyone... Having a very good experience boondocking around San Francisco and the East Bay. Had some questions arise... My registration with the state of Texas expires end of July. I like being registered there because I have my permanent address in Dallas, but it would be arduous and...

    Propane range question...

This is great info. I came straight back to the RV and turned it off. Do you suggest replacing this with a DC powered refrigerator? If so could you recommend a model? I have 300w solar panels on an 80 aH lithium battery, all quite new. My electricity usage is low, just s bit of light, a little...

    Propane range question...

Full disclosure, I assumed the range wouldn't work if the fridge wasn't working... As far as operating the fridge only on level ground, how urgent is that? My habit is to just leave it running, 24/7. It's a 2001 model RV so, again may be assuming too much, wouldn't any accidents with inclines...
