All, Thanks for all your help.  I have determined that I am getting 120VAC to my converter and I am not getting 13.6VDC out, so it must be bad.  I have ordered a new one.

I don't think the converter is getting AC power.  My multimeter reads nothing when I checked it.  All the AC appliances are working though..... weird.

Just Lou, The AC appliances are working when the battery is both unplugged and plugged in.  The DC appliances are only working when the battery is plugged in and not when it is hooked up to shore power only, so the converter isn't converting from AC to DC.  I am not sure if the converter is...

Gary, It isn't a stand alone converter and all the fuses appear to be good.  I thinking it is getting AC power because all my AC appliances are working, but I am not sure how to check if it is getting AC power for sure.  I do know, that when the battery is hooked up it is getting 12.66VDC. 

John, Thanks for the replying... I have checked all fuses in the converter and all are good.  How do I check to see if the converter is getting AC power.  I am using a voltmeter and checking on the positive and neg terminals, but it isn't showing power.  However, all my AC appliances...
