If it can be pulled out from where it's parked by the rear bumper and can be backed in with the rear. Maybe little easier being parked by the front though.
Guessing it worked fine when parked then the squirrels? If so double check the wiring and make sure you didn't over look one. I'm thinking you either missed a bad wire or have a couple wire reversed.

The electrical side should be fine but get the gas engine running first then see what's happening with the electrical output. There a chance it may not produce any power because of sitting so long and loosing it's residual magnetism. That can be reinstated by what's flashing a generator. But gas...
Received my Troklift Glowsteps this passed Tuesday and finally got around to installing them Saturday. Removing the old 3 step and installing the new Glowstep took me less than a hour doing it myself. I can say there are very though out and very very well made steps and made in the USA...
Clean the rust out of the spring eye and custom fit by sanding the bushing down or even better if you know someone with a metal lathe that turn them down to the size you need.
Sound like to me the blower motor was installed backwards. In other words wrong shaft out wrong side. Unless you have a RV blower motor I've never seen in your ac unit there no way of reversing the direction other than turning the motor 180 deg which reverses the shaft direction on both sides...
