    inverter and Converter/Charger Wiring

Thanks for that. I am going to dive into this a little deeper this weekend and try to trace some wiring.  Something is definitely wrong somewhere.

    inverter and Converter/Charger Wiring

Sorry, yea everything works except for the actual charging portion.  As my generator runs, my batteries drain to the point of it all shuts down after some time.

    inverter and Converter/Charger Wiring

In this case since all inside lighting/appliances work just fine, I can somewhat assume that the DC leads are in the RV for lights and what not...There is definitely nothing else going to the batteries other than 2 leads from the inverter and what looks to be from the Generator.  Should I run...

    inverter and Converter/Charger Wiring

okay I figured out the wiring aspect of it.  I tested voltage going into the intelli-power and it is getting 12v but nothing seems to be going out of it.  The fan on the side isn't running, etc.  I am just going to assume this thing is bad

    inverter and Converter/Charger Wiring

Okay, so I see where the inverter connects straight to the batteries on mine. I can only assume the positive and negative going to the intellipower are going back to the generator as they are loomed and go sort of out of sight.  (definitely not back to the batteries).  My RV has the shore...

    inverter and Converter/Charger Wiring

Anybody have an idea on how these are wired?  I have a 95 Fleetwood Bounder and an Onan 5500 I know from my house batteries I have positive negative going into my inverter.  But where do the positive/negative come from that go into my intellipower for charging?  Also, the plug from the...

    Inverter/Charger died

Sorry I just got back to the post.  With the generator running, all the appliances, lights, etc work just fine.  I tested the voltage on the inverter/charger and was reading 12.00v, i let the air run and all the lights on for almost an hour and came back and the reading was still 12.00v. ...

    Inverter/Charger died

I believe my Inverter finally gave way last weekend, we were out camping and running the generator and after some time the generator died, all the lights and everything shut off.  Went to turn the coach on and batteries were all dead.  Had to get it jumped to get the engine running again.  Fired...

    no propane to appliances

yea I cleaned it all off, took it off and cleaned it and no change.  It is the original detector from 1995 so I assume it is long past due for replacement.  I am going to look at a bypass and a new detector to replace it with.

    no propane to appliances

I have a 1995 Fleetwood Bounder.  Last night I went to flip on the gas from the LP Gas Detector and it started to beep but no Green light ever came on.  In my previous RV it would beep for 10 seconds then stop and I would have gas.  This one started off with a slow beep then progressed to a...

onan marquis 7000 change out for a onan marquis gold 5500?

Well I think I can install the 5500 myself.  Not sure what other materials I would need to get it installed and running.

onan marquis 7000 change out for a onan marquis gold 5500?

I have an older marquis 7000 in my 94 Bounder, it has a ton of issues and was quoted ~1400 to fix it.  Question is i found a local shop having a newer model marquis gold 5500 for sale for $500.  How terrible of an idea is it to go that direction?  My coach only allows me to run one A/C at a time...

    NHM Genny fuel pump

fuel pump in my generator has gone out and I am needing to replace it.  The OEM one I found online is $240 from what I have found (link below) http://www.partsfortechs.com/asapcart/1492267-fuel-pump-onan-p-395.html Curious if anyone else has had one like this but swapped it out with another low...

    old backup camera system

That is what imagine as well. Considering my existing one is original from 1995 I am sure a low budget one from 2018 will be a pretty substantial upgrade.

    old backup camera system

Perfect.  Budget friendly is all I need. Just something I can see back there.  Be nice to see my trailer and behind me again when driving down the highway.
