Charles, You are mostly correct. The cold air vents are on the driver’s (left) side and the heat pump is on the copilot(right) side so there must be a plenum across the RV at the rear bathroom to return that cold air. I can see no ducts to the basement area and cannot see any reason for that...

I suspect that this vent under the sink is working since the water drains smoothly wiht no glu glug glug. I also don't think that this is where order is emanating.
