Hybrid TT owners: i have question

I don't have one either, but it has been my "dream camper" for many years.  I say that because I like the idea of having the tent beds, feels like camping, they have lots more room than a TT of same size/wt.  I grew up camping in pop ups and tents, love the feel of them, but hating the setup, I...

    Hard finding something to tow?

To find out what your tow limit GVWR try entering your VIN here http://rv.campingworld.com/towguide Sorry, where are my manners, lol, Welcome! I'm fairly new also, and do not have a camper anymore.  My XH and I sold our pop up years ago, now I would love to get an A-frame, but have to wait on it.

Wow!  Thanks, great!  That looks awesome.  So did you just gut everything and install those cabinetry? I'm considering checking into an amount I can qualify for and then see what I can find in that budget.  Thanks again.

Thank you Stumps!  I will check them out when I get back from my mini-vacation. I'm really liking A-frames with dormers, especially soft dormers, on at least one side.  My favorite layout is the front kitchen, I love all the storage and counter space.  I'm going to keep looking around though...

Thank you Gizmo.  I am looking at the GVWR as well as dry.  I do not plan on carrying water in tanks, I've mostly used water hookup or just carry a jug of water for coffee and maybe some cooking.  I most likely will not be carrying full propane tanks the majority of the time, I use the small...

    Aliner, thoughts and questions

I find myself looking more and more on RV Trader at all makes of A frames, and I've found a layout I consider ideal for my needs and a few others that could work, with some of those needing modifications (as mentioned in above post).  I am also checking into rv dealers near me on occasions.  I...

    Aliner Classic

I'm sorry there are no replies, my guess is no one really knows the answer.  Have you tried looking up the specs anywhere, or perhaps someone from CS at Aliner can help you. If you find the information, could you please leave the measurement here in the post for future references?  Thank you.

Thanks for trying though!  I have googled searched mods to A-Frame folding campers, but I haven't seen those kinds of mods.  I pretty much am just occasionally looking for used a-frames, any make at this point, hoping I'll find something eventually.  I'm not in a huge hurry, it's really not the...

Hello, recently divorced, will be living in 5th wheel

I'm new to this forum too.  Just wanted to post here to offer some encouragement.  I don't have firsthand experience with living in a RV, but I'm on a sugar glider board and talk to some members that do, at least part-time for one and FT for another.  I do however have experience on divorce...

    Hello from Pasadena, MD

Hello!  I don't have any tips either for TT, I only ever camped in tents and pop ups.  I don't even have my pop up anymore, but hoping to get another camper, if not this year, than next. I live in MD also.  I used to live in Pasadena, Riviera Beach to be exact, then moved to AZ.  I've moved...

Great feedback, thanks so much for the tips on Aliners! I have just the one dog, just under 50 lbs, but she long, tall and fairly lean.  She loves to sleep in the bed usually, so I'd prefer on with qn size, but if a full size is all I can get, I could put down the dinette for her.  My other...

A brief summery of circumstances: I am looking around at lightweight campers, my tv has a tow limit of 3500, I'm pretty sure.  I've pulled a small pop up and at first was looking at them.  However I'm legit starting in my 50's (age 51 now) and my bf is a few years older and I'm thinking along...
