John I do stay away from FD if at all possible but if someone needs help than all bets are off

Sir last year I turned on my electric switch without water in the water heater a burned out the element. It cost me $14 and about a half hour of my time. If you are not sure how to replace the element you tube it great vids on how to do it  Chief
